Annual Report

In May of each year the Parish Council holds an Annual Parish Meeting in The Kimble Steward Hall.

This is a meeting of the parish and not a formal Parish Council Meeting.

All residents are encouraged to attend.

To update the public, the Chairman produces a Report on the progress of the previous year and plans for the forthcoming year.

The report can be found in the table on the left and in the minutes archive for previous years.

The Parish Council now meets on the second Wednesday of every month, except August, in the Kimble Stewart Hall at 7.30pm

Members of the public are welcome to attend and a short period is put aside at the begining for anyone who wishes to address the Council

Members of the public cannot participate in the meeting.

Minutes have to be agreed at the meeting following which they were recorded so they will be posted here one month in arrears.
